Welcome to the only fanlisting listed at The Fanlistings Network for Culture/Cultures - a concept that broadens our tolerance, understanding, enlightenment and appreciation of the changing, enriched world around us.
What is a "fanlisting"? Well, it is simply a site that aims to unite fans from all across the world of a particular subject, by creating an online "list" of "fans" for that subject. This is according to the idea found at The Fanlistings Network."Culture" has two main, broad definitions:
- As a global sociological concept: the totality of socially transmitted behavior patterns, arts, beliefs, institutions, and all other products of human work and thought, built up by a group of human beings defined by a particular common characteristic (e.g. by socio-geographical, ethnic, or age) and transmitted from one generation to another. e.g. Western culture, Russian culture, youth culture.
- As a local personality trait: the intellectual quality in a person or society that arises from a concern - developed through training or education - for what is regarded as excellent in arts, thought, scholarly pursuits, and so on. e.g. "the sitar player and Ancient History teacher was a cultured woman."
So if you are also a fan of different cultures across the world, or the perception of culture as human intellectual "excellence", then the "fanlisting" concept is that you can join the fanlisting for free (this website is a voluntary fan effort), and become part of a growing, worldwide list of fans who also appreciate culture! That's all there is to it.

This site, and all the rendered graphics, have been created by me, Raine, and is hosted at my website, RevolutionBlues.Org. It is also listed at TheFanlistings.Org, the original base of fanlistings. This site makes no profit, nor is it a newsletter or official service: it simply aims to list fans of Culture/Cultures.
